We all felt like we were able to relax and crucially allow the children to roam free outside - the secret garden was particularly popular with the little ones and we set up a impromptu badminton court with a new set from Jacques there for the grownups!

The house itself retains a unique charm while still providing the levels of comfort and utility that most have come to expect nowadays
